Jamie Schneider loves real estate and a good story, and she combines the two passions to help clients write the next chapter of their lives — no cliffhangers, only happy endings. Since earning her real estate license in 2018 after working in industry-related fields for her entire adult life, Jamie has racked up a bevy of credentials, including Pricing Strategy Advisor, Military Relocation Professional, At Home with Diversity®, Florida Military Specialist, and e-PRO® certifications.

A native of Louisiana, Jamie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University and worked as a property manager for 17 years before transitioning into a full-time career as a real estate salesperson. She managed virtually every property type, including conventional, student, and military multi-family properties varying in size from 300 to 3,000 homes! To this day, advocating for the best interests of military personnel is one of her great loves.

Throughout her professional life, Jamie has earned several accreditations while gaining invaluable knowledge about building maintenance, basic appliance repair, mold remediation, contracts, and running a successful business. Once she realized that the Emerald Coast was home, she launched her real estate career and joined her spouse, Jutta, in helping to grow her business. Jamie proudly offers exceptional service to her clients along the Florida Panhandle and makes it available to them — always.

The introvert to Jutta’s extrovert, Jamie loves few things more than curling up with her three dogs, three cats, and a good book — she relishes an absorbing murder mystery and an iconic Perry Mason courtroom moment. She’s also a fan of the beach, British chick lit, and home furnishings.
