Before founding Lucky Palms Realty, Jutta ranked in the top 3% of agents at her previous brokerage.
 
A Chicago native, Jutta earned a Bachelor of Science in fire science management from Southern Illinois University and gained a wealth of experience in structural, safety, county, and city building codes as the office manager of a fire district. She moved on to work for a Maryland-based construction company, where she ran the sales team across five states and increased production from $900,000 to $1.2 million in just two years.
 
After moving to Florida in 2013 with her wife, Jamie, Jutta believed there was a place in real estate for someone with her background, talent for creating ease, and relationship-first mentality. Since earning her license in 2015, her client base has spanned every demographic, from first-time buyers and retirees to transplants and military personnel, the last of which represents roughly 95% of her business.
 
Competing against Jutta’s unwavering passion for real estate is her love for Jeeps, travel, game nights, history, old movies, and her three dogs and three cats! She also supports local charities, including kids’ sports teams, nonprofits, and charity drives through her local boards of Realtors®.
