Originally from Pittsburgh, Melissa Dean currently resides in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Licensed
since 2019, she serves the Florida Panhandle, working primarily with first-time homebuyers, military
personnel, veterans, and investors. Intent on providing compassionate and comprehensive service,
Melissa is passionate about engaging in professional development opportunities and is currently
pursuing her Military Relocation Professional certification.
Enthusiastic and hardworking, Melissa was recognized as one of Florida’s top 20 real estate
professionals in 2021. A skilled communicator, she builds client rapport with ease and
professionalism, inspiring trust and confidence throughout the process. By providing guidance
throughout the real estate process, Melissa helps her clients reach both their financial and real

Prior to pursuing a career as a real estate professional, Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in
speech communications with a concentration in public relations and marketing. She also worked in
the health promotions field for the American Cancer Society before spending 11 years as a
stay-at-home mother. During this time, Melissa discovered a passion for fitness and nutrition and
began working as both a kickboxing and spin instructor.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her three children, cooking, playing with
her cats, and appreciating a mug of coffee or glass of wine. She also enjoys cardio, pickleball, and
weightlifting.
